We inform cardholders that the merchant is responsible for any website transaction. Any debit or credit card details that are entered on Mr Tubs are on a secure page and transferred using SSL.
Please rest assured we do not retain any customer credit/debit card details, and we abide by all applicable UK data protection legislation.
We use UK nationwide recognised couriers for our postal orders. Orders between 1 case and 14 cases will be received 2-3 workings days from the day of order subject to placing that order prior to 3pm. Orders of 14 cases and above will be a next day service subject to placing that order prior to 3pm. Timescales for pallet sized orders to distributers will be negotiated on an individual customer basis.
Should you wish to return non-faulty goods, please email or call our customer service line (firstname.lastname@example.org 0800 023 6280). All goods must be unopened and returned intact in order for a full refund to be considered; within 7 days of purchase. We will endeavour to provide this refund within 3 working days. Please be aware non-faulty goods are to be returned at the customer?s expense.
We use the highest quality product and manufacturing methods and our proud of the end result, striving to achieve as much consistency in our product as possible. However should you not be satisfied in anyway with the product or our service, we would like to hear from you. Please email or call our customer service line (email@example.com or 0800 023 6280); your consumer rights are not affected.
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so prior to 3pm on the day you placed the order. Please use the ordering method you used to place to original order. We will endeavour to return your funds within 3 working days. If the 3pm deadline is exceeded, the goods will have been processed and despatched. If this is the case, on receipt of the goods, please follow our returns policy.
